A Full-Service Business Law Firm Serving Southern California and Philadelphia
Hunt Hunt & Winterbottom LLP is a business law firm built on the principle that clients deserve attorneys who are as invested in their success as they are. Founded by three Harvard Law School classmates, our firm brings a shared foundation of rigorous training and a unified approach to serving clients. Whether you are facing high-stakes litigation, structuring a complex real estate transaction, or navigating a corporate deal, our team brings the preparation, strategy, and determination needed to achieve results.
Our firm combines three complementary areas of practice under one roof – litigation, real estate transactions, and corporate law — giving our clients the rare advantage of coordinated counsel across the full lifecycle of their business needs. From forming an entity and closing a deal to resolving disputes when they arise, we work together to protect your interests at every stage.
Litigation
Tyler H. Hunt leads the firm’s litigation practice, representing clients in complex business disputes, breach of contract claims, partnership and LLC-member disputes, legal malpractice, premises liability defense, and matters arising under California’s Unfair Competition Law. A former associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Mr. Hunt brings big-law rigor and strategic thinking to every case, with the personal attention and efficiency of a boutique firm. His approach emphasizes early case assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and creative problem-solving designed to achieve favorable outcomes as efficiently as possible.
Real Estate Transactions
Sherry Hunt represents clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and real estate secured financing. Ms. Hunt’s experience spans raw land, multi-family housing, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Her deep understanding of how real estate agreements perform, both at closing and in the years that follow, allows her to draft and negotiate documents that anticipate risk and protect her clients’ long-term interests.
Corporate Transactions
Kenneth Winterbottom leads the firm’s corporate practice, representing companies of all sizes in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, shareholders agreements, and other complex business transactions. Mr. Winterbottom provides practical, business-minded counsel that helps clients structure deals, manage risk, and achieve their strategic objectives.
